Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or in person at our salon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak periods.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering those time slots to other clients and result in lost revenue for our small business.

Cancellation Terms

24+ Hours Notice
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule without penalty.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Cancellations must be confirmed by us to be valid. Please ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Repeat No-Shows

Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance for future bookings, or may be refused service at our discretion.

4. Late Arrival Policy

We strive to provide each client with the full time and attention they deserve. To maintain our schedule and respect the appointments of other clients, we have the following late arrival policy:

Up to 10 Minutes Late

We allow a 10-minute grace period. Your appointment will proceed as scheduled, subject to time availability.

More Than 10 Minutes Late

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments, or we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely (at our discretion).

Please note: You will still be charged the full service price even if your treatment time is shortened due to late arrival.

If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible so we can assess whether we can accommodate you.

5. Deposit Policy

To reduce no-shows and secure appointments, we may require a deposit in the following circumstances:

First-Time Clients

We may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for first-time clients.

Clients with Previous No-Shows

Clients who have previously missed appointments without adequate notice will be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance for future bookings.

Group Bookings

Group bookings of 3 or more clients may require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposit Terms
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.
  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with 24+ hours notice.
  • Deposits will be deducted from your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

6. Rescheduling Appointments

We are happy to reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.

To reschedule, please contact us via phone, email, or our online booking system.

7. Salon Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (due to staff illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the earliest available alternative appointment or a full refund.

8. Payment for Missed Appointments

Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking. If no payment method was provided, you will be invoiced and expected to pay before your next appointment.

Failure to pay cancellation or no-show fees may result in being unable to book future appointments until the outstanding balance is settled.
